From the beginning of his career, Jerry and the Citimark Team has put “Clients First” at the forefront of every project. That philosophy has successfully delivered each of our Clients a vast range of enormously complicated Infrastructures, millions of sf of Commercial and Industrial space as well as thousands of Multi-Family units (including Podium), Hotels and Public Facilities.
To accomplish these “Client First” goals, we found it both necessary and valuable to become very involved in many aspects of the development process. Therefore, in the majority of our projects, we initiated a Development Management process that included our detailed involvement and hands-on management of an expert team to assist our Clients with Site Due Diligence, Land Negotiations and Acquisition, On & Offsite Utilities, Community Relations, Entitlement Planning & Processing, Securing the CPU, Project Estimates, Schedules, Permits, Construction Managers and Investor Presentations.
